Who we are
VIFERA is a women's grooming brand from Surat, Gujarat. "We" and "us" mean VIFERA. "You" means you, the person using the website or buying from us.
Using this website
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please use the website only for shopping and reading. Do not try to break, copy or misuse it.
Products and prices
- We show each product as clearly as we can. Colours on your screen may look a little different.
- Prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and include GST. Delivery is free.
- If a price is shown wrongly by mistake, we will tell you before we ship, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Your order
Your order is confirmed when we email you a confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was wrong, or the order looks like fraud. If you have paid, we refund you in full.
Offers and coupons
Each coupon works once per order and cannot be combined with another coupon unless the offer says so. Offers end on the date shown and have no cash value.
Cancelling
You can cancel until your order is dispatched, on Cancel an order. If you refuse a parcel at the door, it comes back to us and we refund what you paid once it arrives. Refunds go back to the way you paid and take 5 to 7 working days. See Order help.
Payment
Payments are handled through Shopify's secure checkout. Every payment option for your order is shown there.
Delivery
Delivery is free all over India. Delivery dates on the website are estimates. See Shipping & delivery.
Replacements and returns
If a product arrives damaged, faulty, wrong or missing, we will put it right. Each product's terms are on Replacements & returns.
Using our products safely
- Read the instructions in the box before you use a product.
- Our trimmers are for hair on the outside of the body only. Do not use them on cuts, rashes or irritated skin.
- Our wellness products are not medicines. If you have a health condition or are pregnant, ask your doctor first.
Reviews
Some reviews on this website come from buyers on Amazon, shown with their star rating as they wrote them. We do not pay for reviews, write them ourselves, or hide honest ones because they are negative.
Our content
The words, photos, videos and logo on this website belong to VIFERA or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without asking.
Our responsibility
We stand behind the products we sell, as Indian consumer law says. We are not responsible for harm caused by using a product in a way the instructions say not to, and our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it, as far as the law allows.
Law and disputes
These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
Grievance officer
If you have a complaint, write to our grievance officer: Savankumar Dalsaniya, savandalsaniya424@gmail.com. We reply within 48 hours and aim to solve it within a month. You can also call the National Consumer Helpline on 1915.
