Privacy Policy
What we collect when you shop with us, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
This policy applies from 7 October 2026. The website is run by Maa Khodal Enterprise (proprietor: Savankumar Raghavbhai Dalsaniya), Ground Floor, Plot 57, Vrundavan Nagar Society, Ved Road, near Moti Bahucharaji, Katargam, Surat, Gujarat 395004, India.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, phone number, email, delivery address and what you bought.
- When you pay: payments go through our payment provider. We never see or keep your full card or UPI details.
- When you browse: basic details from your device, like the pages you visit and your browser, through cookies.
- When you write to us: what you send us, so we can help you.
Why we use it
- To deliver your order and send you updates about it.
- To help with replacements, returns and questions.
- To keep the website working and safe, and to make it better.
- To send you offers, only if you sign up. You can stop them at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run the store, and only what each one needs:
- Shopify, the platform this website and its checkout run on.
- Our payment provider, to take your payment.
- Our courier partners, to deliver your order.
- Email and WhatsApp tools, to send you order updates and, if you sign up, offers.
- Google and Meta (Facebook), to understand visits and show our ads. They use cookies.
Some of these companies store data outside India. We do not sell your personal details.
Cookies
Cookies are small files your browser keeps. We use them to remember your cart and to see how the website is used. You can turn them off in your browser, but the cart may stop working.
How long we keep it
We keep order details for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws ask us to. We keep your email for offers until you unsubscribe. Other details are deleted when we no longer need them.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- show you a summary of the details we hold about you;
- correct or complete them;
- delete them, unless the law asks us to keep them (for example, invoices for tax);
- name someone to act for you if you can't.
Taking back your consent: you can stop offers at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email. To take back consent for anything else, write to our grievance officer below. Taking it back does not affect what we did before, and we may not be able to deliver an order without your address.
We reply within 48 hours and act on your request within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Keeping it safe
Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection and our checkout is run by Shopify. No website is 100% safe, but we take care to protect your details. If your details are ever exposed in a data breach, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India, as the law asks.
Children
Our website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
Grievance officer
If you have a concern about your details, write to our grievance officer: Savankumar Dalsaniya, savandalsaniya424@gmail.com. We reply within 48 hours.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. This is version 1, from 7 October 2026.
