How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on every order, all over India. There is no minimum order.

When will my order ship?

We pack and dispatch your order within 2 working days. Working days are Monday to Saturday, except public holidays.

How long does delivery take?

After dispatch, delivery usually takes about 3 working days to metro cities and about 5 working days to the rest of India. Remote areas can take a little longer. The delivery date on each product page is an estimate worked out the same way.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also sign in with your email on Track your order to see every order and its tracking.

How can I pay?

Every payment option for your order is shown at checkout.

My parcel is late

If it has not arrived 3 working days after the expected date, write to us with your order number and we will find it. See Contact us.

Can you deliver to my PIN code?

We deliver to every PIN code our courier partners reach. A few remote areas can take a few extra days.

What if I'm not home?

The courier tries to deliver more than once and may call you. If the parcel can't be delivered, it comes back to us and we will contact you to send it again. Please check your address and phone number at checkout.

My parcel arrived damaged

Take photos of the parcel and the product, and ask for a replacement within 10 days of delivery on Request a replacement.
