You can cancel until your order is dispatched. We dispatch within 2 working days, so ask as soon as you can.
What happens next
- Not dispatched yet: we cancel it and email you. If you have paid, the full amount goes back to the way you paid within 5 to 7 working days.
- Already dispatched: it can't be cancelled. If you refuse the parcel at the door, it comes back to us and we refund you once it arrives.
